The dehydration equipment is composed of a drive system, a feeding box, a screw conveyor, a screen, a pneumatic material blocking device, a water collection trough, a frame and other parts. The material enters the equipment from the feeding box and is subjected to progressive pressure squeezing under the transportation of the screw conveyor. The excess water is discharged through the screen from the liquid outlet. The dehydrated material is continuously transported by the screw conveyor, and is discharged from the equipment through the material outlet by pushing open the material blocking device. The screw press produced by our company has been upgraded to a series of mature equipment after hundreds of precise theoretical derivations and calculations and experimental tests, and summarizing the real effect feedback from many users over the years.
